If @YungFruitFly is offline at that exact point in time, it will be dispensed into his mailbox, which is a single chest I have performed both "/cprivate" on and "/cmodify YungFruitFly" on (can provide proof if needed) located at X: 12477, Y=68, and Z=-6885. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @YungFruitFly will be borrowing a silk touch 1 unbreaking 3 pickaxe (item ID: IB79W91L) as @YungFruitFly is doing a task that requires the use of a silk touch tool in order for a destroyed item to drop itself. @YungFruitFly will have until until Wednesday, 24 June 2015 at 11:59:59pm (CDT: GMT-05:00) to return the pickaxe regardless of whether or not the building has been destructed. If @YungFruitFly fails to return the pickaxe, @YungFruitFly will be in debt $5,000 to @nikalsaki and will have until Thursday, 24 June 2015 at 11:59:59pm (CDT: GMT-05:00) to pay back the $5,000. After the deadline, a 5% interest rate per day will be charged. If the money is not provided by Friday, 26 June 2015 at 11:59:59pm (CDT: GMT-05:00), further action will be required. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Hello @nikalsaki, before @YungFruitFly accepts/denies a few things need to be fixed. This is where you will put the part of the contract you will hold. For example "I will give the pickaxe within 24hrs of contract approval". Something like that will work. Which brings up the next point. We need to know when your giving the pickaxe to @YungFruitFly. Also please include in the contract the player names. Instead of saying 'The user" Say "@YungFruitFly". Once that is done we can come closer to approving the contract.
Can I declare this contract void as it states that @YungFruitFly would have received the pick at exactly 7:45:00pm (CDT: GMT-05:00) on Tuesday, 23 June 2015 and he has not signed yet?
