General Purpose of Contract: I will be selling a 100x100x6 melon farm to 7amoodw along with shadowballxx1. They will both be added as owner to the town, but will not have access to any area but that 100x100 of the town.​

<general outline of what the contract is for.>​

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree that, after I am paid 80k, I will be adding shadowballxx1 and 7amoodw as owners to FortOcelot, the location of the melon farm. After this is done, shadowballxx1 and 7amoodw will have 2 days to pay me 10k extra. In addition, is any users of the town use the melon farm without consent given by 7amoodw or shadowballxx1, they will be removed from the town, with 3 days to remove their things.​

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Shadowballxx1 and 7amoodw agree to pay me 80k now and 10k later for the purchase of this 100x100 melon farm, and no other part of the town. Should I be removed from the town, or any other mayor added without my knowing, this contract will be breached. This will require a full refund of the 90k.​

I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
