General Purpose of Contract:
800k loan to be given to @scgenesis, paid back as 850k + 50k per week.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• create a two trade signs located in legacy near: -3547 78 -4584
• use one to sell 1 dirt for 850k with one trade sign (for initial repayment of loan)
• use the other to sell dirt at 50k each (for each week the loan has not been fully paid off)
• not add dirt to first mentioned trade sign/render either trade sign inaccessible to @scgenesis
• Pay @scgenesis 800k ecd upon the approval of this contract.
• Keep the second trade sign (50k) stocked enough to pay all fees at any time.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• Pay @CrazySwagMaster1 850k within 35 days (5 weeks) of @scgenesis 's receipt of 800k using the trade sign mentioned above (Not via /pay).
• Immediately following the 850k payment, a payment of 50k must be made for every 7 days that have passed since the inital payment of the 800k. This will go through the second trade sign mentioned above.
• A breach of contract has occured when 35 days (5 weeks/250k in addittional 50k fees) have past and @scgenesis has not paid off all the amount required. At this point @CrazySwagMaster1 may issue a complaint at her sole discretion. After 6 months of not being paid @CrazySwagMaster1 MUST file a complaint against @scgenesis and any payments will cease to continue.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
