General Purpose of Contract:
The Sale of a Star Rod [#IFIGTYFA]

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to give @WhiteSoxFan123 the Starrod [#IFIGTYFA] within 24 hours of purchasing the features below for @GeorgiaMC

I @David_Torento will transfer the /own to @WhiteSoxFan123 within 24 hours of the final 50k payment.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@WhiteSoxFan123 agrees to:
-Purchase the following donations inorder to recieve the Star Rod [#IFIGTYFA] (Totalling $195)

-Scavenger, Scavanger+, Scavenger++
-feed+
-Pet Guardian
-Pet Sheep
-CustomTag: [TheFam]

-pay $250k ECD over the course of 5 weeks (Payments as scheduled below)
50k on 1/20/16
50k on 1/27/16
50k on 2/03/16
50k on 2/10/16
50k on 2/17/16

In the event that one of these payments is late, a 5k/day late fee will be enforced for up to 7 days, where a complaint will be filed. If two payments are missed in a row, @David_Torento reserves the right to reclaim the tool. [#IFIGTYFA] and the remainder of @WhiteSoxFan123 's debt will be voided.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
