[Contract] Sale of Star Tool on Payment Plan

General Purpose of Contract:

The sale of @FuryFudge's Melon Sword (ID #JS2KRV7H) to @EtherealSquid on a Payment Plan

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

@FuryFudge will give the Melon Sword to @EtherealSquid within 24 hours of this contract being accepted.
Within 24 hours of all payments having been made by @EtherealSquid, @FuryFudge will transfer ownership of the Melon Sword to @EtherealSquid by ways of the "/own EtherealSquid" command.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@EtherealSquid will make weekly payments of at least $150,000 for a maximum of 15 weeks, totaling $2,250,000. These payments will be in the form of $50,000 increments at a sign/chest shop at X: 4309 Y: 61 Z: 4278 or /warp home. @EtherealSquid is free to make as many payments per week as they want, but there must be a minimum of three $50,000 payments per week. The dates before which at least 3 payments of $50,000 are to be made are as follows: 9 March, 16 March, 23 March, 30 March, 6 April, 13 April, 20 April, 27 April, 4 May, 11 May, 18 May, 25 May, 1 June, 8 June, 15 June.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
