[Contract] Sale of Melon Sword

General Purpose of Contract:

The sale of @EtherealSquid 's Melon Sword (#JZVSR6CL) to @ScottFrost in exchange for 2,400,000 ECD

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• @EtherealSquid will give @ScottFrost the Melon Sword #JZVSR6CL within 24 hours of the $1,500,000 ECD initial payment being made.
• @EtherealSquid will transfer ownership of the Melon Sword #JZVSR6CL within 24 hours after receiving the $900,000 additional payment from @ScottFrost

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @ScottFrost will pay @EtherealSquid 1,500,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract's approval, via in-game or Forum Bank
• @ScottFrost will pay @EtherealSquid 900,000 additional ECD within 10 days of this contract's approval, via in-game or Forum Bank
• If @ScottFrost fails to pay the 900,000 ECD within the alotted 10 days, a $50,000 ECD late fee will be added to the payment (950,000 ECD) and the 950k ECD combined sum will be due within 96 hours after the 10 days have passed
• If @ScottFrost fails to pay the $950,000 ECD within the allotted (14 day total) time frame, @EtherealSquid may have the sword repossessed, will not be required to refund the $1,500,000 initial payment, and may file a complaint for scamming if the sword is not able to be repossessed.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
