General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of a melon sword on a payment plan. (ID: icw6w0t9)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@Exilenela will give @luxuriantspy5 a melon sword (eff5 st1 unb3 diamond sword) within 24 hours of contract approval. I will add @luxuriantspy5 to the /own, and he will /own the tool after he receives it. I will transfer the /own to @luxuriantspy5 within 24 hours of contract approval. If both players are not online at the same time within 24 hours of contract approval, this contract will become void and a new one will be made, allowing for the same transaction to occur.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@luxuriantspy5 will /own the tool immediately after receiving it from @Exilenela. @luxuriantspy5 is to pay 200k downpayment within 4 hours of receiving the melon sword. He is to then pay 150k per week (and 50k for one week, see below) to the trade sign created by @314 located at x: -14474 y: 158 z: 9776 in the town of safehaven, in legacy. These signs are created by @314, as I cannot create trade signs. @luxuriantspy5 will be allowed to pay 50k for one week. There will be a total of 7 150k payments and 1 50k payment, totalling to 1.1 million ecd on pay plan. As there are 8 payments, he has 8 weeks, or 2 months, to pay off the money.

@314 is to pay me all of the money that @luxuriantspy5 pays him via the trade sign he created in @luxuriantspy5's town. The coords of this sign are stated in the above paragraph.



I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
