General Purpose of Contract:
The sale of the town of indyton

I @alukolli agrees to the following terms, and agree that failure to complete such terms will result in a breach

of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@alukolli li will pay @icondigi igi $150,000 in return for full ownership of the town.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@icondigi agrees to the following,and agree that failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of

contract, as outlined in Rule 3::

He give up full rights to the town.
He will do the command of /rg addowner indyton @alukolli after the payment has been received.

@alukolli olli has the right to do /rg removeowner indyton @icondigi

He will remove all/any of his locks/items in the town after the sale of the town. He will have 3 days to do this.

@icondigi will not attempt to reclaim the town.




The town is being sold with all buildings included. Therefore, icondigi will not try to claim any buildingmaterials. This contract shows agreement that all building materials now belongs to @alukolli .

@alukolli has the right to do with the town as he sees fit without intervention from @icondigi unless serverrules have been broken.
All of the previous terms and conditions apply regardless of if a new owner/co-owner is added or if the townis sold.



I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed

specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and

server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I

understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a

binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if

appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
