General Purpose of Contract:
@tooHD will pay $130,000 upfront and $1,370,000 (Weekly payments of $100,000. Last payment being $70,000) for an Eff7 pickaxe (#I9FLBKHF) /own'ed by @LJKAzrael

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will give @tooHD the aforementioned Eff7 upon receiving the $130,000 within 24 hours of this contract being approved.

I will transfer the /own to @tooHD within one week after the final payment and all late fees have been paid.

I may at my discretion repossess the Eff7 if @tooHD is two weeks late or more on the payments. In this case, there will be no refund of any kind to @tooHD.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@tooHD will pay $130,000 within 24 hours of this contract being approved.

@tooHD will pay $100,000 per week ($70,000 the last week) to the payment signs at /warp Lancaster (Rising
X 14014, Y 65, Z 9605)

@tooHD will pay $5,000 per day late on a payment up to $35,000 per weekly payment to the sign at /warp Lancaster (Rising X 14014, Y 65, Z 9605).

@tooHD will relinquish control of the Eff7 to @LJKAzrael upon request, if @tooHD is two weeks late or more on payments.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
