General purpose of contract:
The safe sale of @CreativeCoder's Eff7 Pickaxe (Efficiency 7, Silk Touch, Unbreaking 3) to @Nelsin
in a payment plan. The ID of the tool, is #J69Y7YN5.

I, @CreativeCoder, agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• To place the said EFF7 in a chest at /warp fancytown, the only chest inside the quartz warp building. It is a double chest, 4 blocks ahead and 3 blocks to the right from the right oak plank marking the warp spot. This will happen within 24-48 hours after contract approval.
• To transfer ownership of the EFF7 AFTER all payments are completed. (Payment is outlined below). This will also happen within 24-48 hours after payment completion.
• Not to remove any money from a sign until it is paid in full.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @Nelsin will pay $140,000 a week to ten signs located at /warp cocoaville. Located two rooms under the warp in a room, marked. Each sign will ask for 14 payments of $10,000. This amounts to a total payment of $1,400,000 to @CreativeCoder. The first payment will be due on the first date below in the payment schedule.
• If the EFF7 is lost, broken, stolen or otherwise unobtainable, all payments will continue as planned.

The payment schedule is as follows: (saturdays)

• January 6, 2018
• January 13, 2018
• January 20, 2018
• January 27, 2018
• February 3, 2018
• February 10, 2018
• February 17, 2018
• February 24, 2018
• March 3, 2018
• March 10, 2018

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
