Fist off, I would to apologize about this being like 2 contracts in one, but I thought this was easier than trying to link 2 contracts.

General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sharing of a donation, and having a small loan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @legotom001 agree to give @destroyer2441 45,000 ecd. (my half of the donation)
I, @legotom001 agree to give @destroyer2441 a 20,000 ecd loan.
I, @legotom001 agree to set up a locked trade sign with a /cmodify destroyer2441 on it at X: -13,200 Y: 63 Z: 897 (using /whereami at the sign) in Rising, and it is set up so that 1,000 ecd may be put into the sign for 1 cocoa seed.
I, @legotom001 agree to never use this sign until either A: The contract is completed with no problems B: I need it for screen shots C: a breach in the contract has happened (by me, @legotom001 or by @destroyer2441) D: The contract is completed (this is different form the 1st as there may be problems).
I, @legotom001 agree to not do anything in this contract, not counting building the repayment sign as it is all ready build, until it is signed by @destroyer2441 and looked over by a staff member

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@destroyer2441 must agree to use the 45,000 ecd I gave @destroyer2441 on the donation "water".
@destroyer2441 must agree to use the 20,000 ecd loan on the donation "water".
@destroyer2441 must agree to to pay back the loan by 10/1/2015 (month/day/year).
@destroyer2441 must agree to pay back the loan into the sign.
@destroyer2441 must agree that @destroyer2441 has 25k before signing this contract.
@destroyer2441 must agree to keep that same 25k in @destroyer2441 's bal until @destroyer2441 buys the donation "water".
@destroyer2441 must agree to share that donation with me (IE: I, @legotom001 ask @destroyer2441 to place some water down at X Y and Z. [I would provide the water] @destroyer2441 must place that water down when ever they have a min.)
@destroyer2441 must agree to not take longer than 72 hours to place that water. (if they don't have perms to the area, they are banned, or are not going to be inactive for a while make @destroyer2441 safe from this term.)
@destroyer2441 must agree that if @destroyer2441 is going inactive for a while (any amount of time) must let me, @legotom001 know in case I wish to have @destroyer2441 place water.
@destroyer2441 must agree that @destroery2441 must buy the donation "water" at 6k per usd.
@destroyer2441 must agree that if the donation is bought at less than 6k per usd, 1/2 (50%) of the leftover donation money must be given back to me, @legotom001 , even if scammed.
@destroyer2441 must agree that when @destroyer2441 must make a contract when buying the donation "water".
@destroyer2441 must agree to take screen shots when buying "water".
@destroyer2441 must agree to forum pm copies of the screen shots.
@destroyer2441 must agree to forum pm a link to the contract when @destroyer2441 buys the donation "water".
@destroyer2441 must agree to allow me to look over the terms of the contract when @destroyer2441 buys the donation "water" before signing the contract, agreeing to the terms, and/or doing anything the contract says. (IE: paying for the donation "water" before agreeing to the terms.)
@destroyer2441 must agree to, that in the case of being scammed when buying the donation "water", @destroyer2441 must any and all legal action against the scammer. (in the event we are scammed)
@destroyer2441 must let me know if/when they learn they have been scammed.
@destroyer2441 must forum pm me a link to the complaint page of the scammer in the case @destroyer2441 has been scammed.
@destroyer2441 must agree not to buy the donation "water" from a builder or resident to lower the risk of being scammed.
@destroyer2441 can buy the donation "water" from anyone (and any rank, including builder and resident) if they have the tag [$$$] or higher.
@destroyer2441 must agree to not do anything in this contract until it is signed by @destroyer2441 and looked over by a staff member.
@destroyer2441 must agree to find a staff member to hold the money until the donation "water" goes though.
Edit: fixed this one. @destroyer2441 must agree, that if no staff member is willing to hold the money until the donation "water" goes though, @destroyer2441 may not give more than 50% of total amount of money to the seller, until @destroyer2441 can confirm that @destroyer2441 has the donation.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I, @legotom001 agree.

Hello, thank you for pointing that out. I have edited it to be fixed, sorry about that. And as @ImaginexMakers has stated, @destroyer2441 will need to re-agree to the terms.

Edit: I forgot to add, yes, I have added @destroyer2441 before the contract was even posted.
