This contract will outline the sale of an eff 7 on a payment plan

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I @matrix_rep agree to provide @_Cooley_ an eff 7 within 2 days of this contract approval

I will also give full ownership to @_Cooley_ after all payments are made this meaning i will /own him

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@_Cooley_ must pay @matrix_rep 200k within 2 days of this contract approval. using /pay matrix_rep
@_Cooley_ must make 4 payments of 250k every week starting on may 28th (1 week from 2 days from now) into a sign at /warp debt

The payment schedule will be as followed
May 21st - 200k
May 28th - 250k
June 4th- 250k
June 11th- 250k
june 20th- 250k
@_Cooley_ agrees that if he is to miss any of these dates there will be a 15k per day late fee applied to every day late on one of these payments. This sign will also be located at /warp debt and will be filled if needed. Each week will be allowed 3 late days. After this a complaint will be filed

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
