Terms of the contract:
All terms below will take place in Main.
1. Restiv pays SpikeMD 170,000 ecodollars to purchase the Mayor Rank.
2. SpikeMD uses the 170,000 ecodollars and the coordinates given by Restiv to submit a Mayor application and receive a town based on the coordinates desired by Restiv (Post A -3461 70 -2941 Post B -3461 72 -3141 Post C -3261 66 -3141 Post D -3261 79 -2941) as well as the name desired by Restiv ("work" or, if unavailable for whatever reason, "churchill"
3. Once the Mayor application is approved, Restiv will submit the town transfer application to take ownership of the town.
4. Once the town transfer application is approved, Restiv will pay SpikeMD 800,000 ecodollars.

There are some changes that will need to be made for this contract to be valid.
Please specify on which server (Main/MainNorth) this town will be located.
Additionally, please edit the contract to include tags (i.e. @Restiv, @SpikeMD) instead of only player names.
Once those changes have been made in the original post, @SpikeMD will have to re-agree. -
