General Purpose of Contract:
I, @PyroTechnix_, am purchasing ExtCommands++ ($35) from @FuryFudge in exchange for $120,000 ECD upfront and an additional $195,000 on a set payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I, @PyroTechnix_, agree that within 24 hours of this contract's approval, I will send @FuryFudge $60,000 ECD.
• I, @PyroTechnix_, agree that within 1 hour of receiving the 'ExtCommands++' feature, I will send @FuryFudge another $60,000 ECD which comes to a total of $120,000 ECD. This $120,000 is the 'paid upfront' sum of this contract.
  
• I, @PyroTechnix_, agree to pay @FuryFudge, $195,000 ECD on the 22nd March 2019 (2 weeks after the 24 hours contract approval time) via Forum Transfer to pay off the rest of the total cost of the $35 feature. This $195,000 is the 'payment plan' sum for this contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @FuryFudge agrees to purchase @PyroTechnix, the 'ExtCommands++' feature for $35 USD, within 24 hours of receiving the first payment of $60,000 ECD.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
