General Purpose of Contract:
Grant @unitedstates2002 comayor status over the town of Heaven4.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will grant @unitedstates2002 region owner / comayor status of the region of Heaven4.

I will be granting the following powers over this region to @unitedstates2002 (henceforth referenced as "United").

• United may add or remove players to the region at his discretion, so long as he stays within the server rules.
• United may make any block edits to the region at his discretion, so long as he stays with the server rules.
• United may file any LWC removals necessary or contact @nicit6 directly.
• United may not alter the region owners list in any way, unless removing himself or at the direct request of @nicit6.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@unitedstates2002 agrees that:

• He will be added to the town as a co-mayor.
• He is familiar with the rules regarding town ownership.
• He will pay @nicit6 10% of all sales unless @nicit6 has given express permission that payments do not need to be paid.
• Removing himself as a co-owner of the region will render this contract void.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
