I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @matrix_rep agree to give @Mr_Doom_Bringer my Melon Sword within 24 hours of this contracts approval. I @matrix_rep also agrees to transfer ownership of this melon sword once the payment plan has finished and fully paid off within 48 hours of @Mr_Doom_Bringer informing @matrix_rep of the final payment being paid (With Screenshot) In a forum mail. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Mr_Doom_Bringer agrees to pay 250k every Saturday for the next 5 weeks totaling to 1.25mil @Mr_Doom_Bringer is not allowed to resell or rent the sword until the sword has been paid off and /owned to him. If he is caught renting the melon sword the sword will be returned to @matrix_rep with no refund. @Mr_Doom_Bringer agrees that if he looses or breaks the sword at any point during the payment plan, he will continue on the plan that has been scheduled and inform @matrix_rep If @Mr_Doom_Bringer wishes to end the payment plan, he must return the star tool and any payments that have been made will not be refunded and the rest of the payment plan will end. @Mr_Doom_Bringer can be late on a payment for up to 5 days and must pay 25k per day late (this will be added at the end of the debt), Furthermore a complaint will be filed and the melon sword revoked without refund if @Mr_Doom_Bringer is late on a payment for more than 5 days.
