IGN: @Lee1104 Users Involved in this Contract: @nicoviacava1210 General Purpose of Contract: Selling a MelonSword (Eff5 Unb3 Silk1 Diamond Sword) to @nicoviacava1210 on a daily payment plan. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @Lee1104 will give @nicoviacava1210 a Melon Sword (eff5 Unb3 Silk1 diamond sword) once this contract is accepted. @Lee1104 will have a payment sign for @nicoviacava1210 at 3425, 63, -10006; The sign will take payments of $16,000 per click, and will start with 78 signs. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @nicoviacava1210 will pay $16,000 to the payment sign EVERY day for 78 days. If @nicoviacava1210 can not make a payment for a day, @nicoviacava1210 must contact me on the forums. If no contact is made for the missing payment, @nicoviacava1210 must pay the missing payment the next day, along with that days payment, plus an additional $5,000 directly to @Lee1104 that day. @nicoviacava1210 must pay the full amount of $1,248,000 (16k/day for 78 days) starting on Sept 22, 2014. If the full amount of $1,248,000 is not paid within 80 days, a complaint will be made to enforce that @nicoviacava1210 will have 10 extra days to pay off the $1,248,000, and will owe an additional $50,000. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
