General Purpose of Contract:
@CrazySwagMaster1 purchasing @huntmeister97 's melon sword (#idjh807i) on payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

Once both contract is approved and both players involved, @CrazySwagMaster1 and @huntmeister97 are both online, @CrazySwagMaster1 will Pay @huntmeister97 450,000 to start the deal.

Pay @huntmeister at least 100,000 each consecutive week after receipt of melon sword. This will go for 8 payments.​

@huntmeister will recieve a total of 1.25mil at the end of this deal.​

In the event of missing payment(s) return ownership of the msword to @huntmeister97 .

In the event the melon sword breaks/goes missing, @huntmeister97 will continue to recieve all payments as planned.​

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

Add @CrazySwagMaster1 to the ownership of the melon sword immediately following the downpayment of 450k.

Set up a trade sign for use of the 8 100k payments located at -7578, 64, 9296 in legacy. The trade sign will then not be moved/tampered with without notice. It is also not to be blocked off from use by @CrazySwagMaster1

Give a full refund to @CrazySwagMaster1 within 2 weeks of return of msword (return of msword will only be in event of missing payment)

Following the 450k agreement, any and all rights @huntmeister97 has to the msword will be relinquished to @CrazySwagMaster1. (With the exception of missing payments outlined above.)​

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
