General Purpose of Contract:

Transferring of the Melon Sword (#JMPKQVRZ) ownership from @MassaHarambe to @TheCravedOne in exchange for $2,600,000 ECD.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• @MassaHarambe ensures to transfer the ownership of the Melon Sword (#JMPKQVRZ) once the full payment of $2,600,000 ECD has been paid by @TheCravedOne in the 8 week (56 day) time period.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @TheCravedOne will transfer a down payment of $100,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract's approval.
• @TheCravedOne agrees to transfer $2,500,000 ECD on a payment to @MassaHarambe within 8 weeks (56 days) of this contract's approval.
  • The payment plan schedule will follow as:
    • Week 1 (10/11/2019): $312,500 ECD
    • Week 2 (10/18/2019): $312,500 ECD
    • Week 3 (10/25/2019): $312,500 ECD
    • Week 4 (11/1/2019): $312,500 ECD
    • Week 5 (11/8/2019): $312,500 ECD
    • Week 6 (11/15/2019): $312,500 ECD
    • Week 7 (11/22/2019): $312,500 ECD
    • Week 8 (11/29/2019): $312,500 ECD
    • Week 9 (12/6/2019): $262,500 ECD
    • Week 10 (12/13/2019): $262,500 ECD
      • Green = scheduled payment plan
      • Red = scheduled payment plan with late fees

• @TheCravedOne agrees to transfer $525,000 ECD in late fees if the full payment has not been made to @MassaHarambe within 8 weeks (56 days) of this contract's approval. @TheCravedOne will be given 2 weeks (14 days) extra to pay the late fees ($525,000 ECD) + original agreement ($2,600,000) for a grand total of $3,125,000 ECD.
  
  • During the time period of the payment plan, if @TheCravedOne looses access to the melon sword in anyway and it is not in their possession anymore, the late fees will come into effect immediately.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
