General Purpose of Contract:
I, @GMaxx will pay @LFDOG for his mayor rank, in exchange for his town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @GMaxx will agree to pay @LFDOG the full 85000 ECD once the contract is approved.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@LFDOG, must keep the 85000 ECD in his bal until the mayor application is approved and done by a staff member.
@LFDOG, must apply for mayor using this application layout for the answers when filing his mayor app.

@LFDOG, must file any additionally features for @GMaxx whenever @GMaxx wants a feature for the town.
@LFDOG, must remove himself from the town after adding @GMaxx to the ownership.
