Mayor rank for mayor town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@BarbaricBuffalo agrees to the following terms:

• Will pay @Sendeylina $85,000 ecd within 24 hours of this contract's approval.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following term
@Sendeylina agrees to the following terms:

• Will use the $85,000 ecd to apply for Mayor rank.
• Will apply for mayor rank within 24 hours of receiving the $85,000 ecd.
• Will do /rg ao Landmark BarbaricBuffalo within 24 hours of @Sendeylina's mayor app being accepted.
• Understands that @BarbaricBuffalo will remove @Sendeylina from the town.
• Agrees to add any town features as long as @BarbaricBuffalo pays for it.
• Agrees to do a town transfer as long as @BarbaricBuffalo pays for it.
• Understands that @BarbaricBuffalo can do whatever she wants with the town.
• Understands if mayor application gets denied for any reason that @Sendeylina will refund @BarbaricBuffalo $85k with in 24 hours
• Will fill out the mayor application exactly as shown below:
