Terms of the Contract:

• I, @Revanrose6, will give @KrazyTyrant $315,000 loan within 24 hours of the contract's approval.
• I will create a chestshop on Main North in the town of Undertown (/warp undertown) at the coordinates of -7086 70 3350. The chest shop will accept payments of $69,300 a piece. I will give access to the area for @KrazyTyrant to set a home.

• @KrazyTyrant will be charged a 10% interest rate overall making the loan repayment total $346,500
  
• @KrazyTyrant will pay a minimum of $69,300 a week at the previously mentioned chest shop. The payment plan will be as follows:
  • January 12th, 2020 - $69,300
  • January 19th, 2020 - $69,300
  • January 26th, 2020 - $69,300
  • February 2nd, 2020 - $69,300
  • February 9th, 2020 - $69,300
• In the event all is not paid off by February 9th, 2020, @KrazyTyrant will have 1 week to pay off the remaining amount plus a $30,000 late fee.
• If by February 16th 2020, @KrazyTyrant has not paid off the total amount including the applicable late fee, @Revanrose6 will file a complaint and staff will handle it as they see fit.
