General Purpose of Contract:
Safely receive a loan of 300,000 ECD from @stigarose with 448,000 ECD payback.
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @imSwag__, will receive a loan of 300,000 ECD from @stigarose within 24 hours of this contract being approved
I, @imSwag__, agree to pay back 64k/week to @stigarose for 7 weeks. Payment signs are located at
x: -4858 // y: 117 // z: -9925 in the Rising world
Payments will be as follows:
First payment: 64k due May 18, 2016
Second payment: 64k due May 25, 2016
Third payment: 64k due June 1, 2016
Fourth payment: 64k due June 8, 2016
Fifth payment: 64k due June 15, 2016
Sixth payment: 64k due June 22, 2016
Seventh payment: 64k due June 29, 2016
I, @imSwag__, agree to pay @stigarose 4k/week late fees for up to 2 weeks if the loan is not paid back by the due date
I, @imSwag__, agree to ' /rg ao newbury stigarose ' within 24 hours of contract approval
I, @imSwag__ agree that if I am offline for 30+ days then it will cause a breach of contract
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@stigarose agrees to /pay imSwag__ 300k within 24 hours of contract approval
@stigarose agrees not to add or remove anyone from newbury, unless @imSwag__ breaches the contract
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Hello, before i can approve this contract you need to provide sign whre @stigarose can pay the loan and edit the coord and world into the contract.

@maroiogog if it helps, I'm not in game, but I know the sign is at /warp newbury right next to where the warp is, I don't have the coords or which world it is in. Just trying to help @imSwag__ , so if you need the coords we will have to wait. Thanks for reviewing the contract otherwise.
EDIT: sorry that's the sign I pay him the loan at. Sorry the payment sign for him to repay loan is in my town of Beor, in rising, but I don't have coords for that right now. Will get them asap. Sorry for tagging you before question was answered. -
Apparently Minechat doesn't work with 1.9.4, and chatcraft doesn't work either. Its up to you @stigarose

@imSwag__ gonna be whoever gets online, I don't have minechat access or minecraft at the moment so will have to wait 5 hours before I get home to do it, so if you get home before me just go to the place you /sethome at and /getloc and put coords in here. So yup, whoever gets there first.
