Before I can approve this contract there's something I need you to change @skymaster200.

Please change this:

to something among the lines of 'The late fees will end after everything owed up until that point has been payed off. If there has been no payment for 2 weeks of this a report will be made and late fees will end.' This is very important, and will close up a large loophole I've spotted.

@bobman3355 after @skymaster200 has made this change you will need to reagree to the contract.

Sorry again guys, but after some discussion with the team @skymaster200 we would like you to edit it to this:

If the amount of money specified (115k) is not Returned by the specified date (10/27/15 ) there will be a late fee of 10k per day for 2 weeks . if the loan is paid back during the late period all late fees aquireed up until that point will be due and if in 2 weeks after the deadline 10/27/15 all late fees stop and a user complaint will be filed.

After he has made this change you will have to reagree @bobman3355
