[CONTRACT] - LapkingsGrandCasino Full Ownership Transfer

General Purpose of Contract:
Transfer of the full ownership of LapkingsGrandCasino and LapkingCasino(Town) to @zr2002

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @lapkingkn will give the full ownership of LapkingsGrandCasino and LapkingCasino(Town) to @zr2002 within 24 hrs of this contract being approved for this clause. After this contract is approved the old contract (https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract-casino-transfer.130736/#post-706908) will no longer need to be followed, user @zr2002 will no longer be obligated to pay any commissions to trade signs in the staff tax room after he sells ranks neither does the other higher ranks in the casino, if they sell ranks they will no longer have to follow that procedure unless authorized by @zr2002.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@zr2002 will not be allowed to change the name of the casino to anything but to what it is now. After the ownership has been transferred to user @zr2002 he will have the power to change anything within the town/casino such as removal of LMC's/Tradesigns and will be able to fire/hire anyone that is affiliated with the casino(a casino employee). But @zr2002 is not allowed to remove anything that is affiliated with @lapkingkn (locks/tradesigns) in @lapkingkn's name in the casino without @lapkingkn's authorization.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
