General Purpose of Contract: eff7 pick axe payment plan

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:i @scgenesis will transfer ownership of my eff7 pick axe with /owned unique item id #IEHIYH9C to @Kick_Me_1235 right agter this contract is aproved

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Kick_Me_1235 will pay @scgenesis $150k eco dollars every week for 7 weeks starting right after this contract is aproved. The tofal amount to be payed over the 7 weeks will be $1,050,000 eco dollars and first payment to @scgenesis will be due sunday 10/18/15. If any one of the 7 payment is late, i @scgenesis will have the right to file a complaint and an additional $75k eco dollars will be added to the total debt owed to @scgenesis. For every week @Kick_Me_1235 is behind on payments after the initial first complaint (weekly payments plus late fees) an additional $50k eco dollars will be added to the total owed to @scgenesis for the duration of the 7 week payment plan. If at the end of the 7 weeks at least 85% of the total amount owed to @scgenesis is not payed off (weekly payments plus late fees) an additional $75k eco dollars will be added to the total amount owed and @Kick_Me_1235 will be banned.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: yes
