General Purpose of Contract:
Trade of 120k EcoDollars for the towns of Higland and Naperville

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
AdmiralD agrees to provide $120k to WackoOwner_45 - Sole Owner of both towns.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
WackoOwner_45 agrees to the following immediately after payment is made:
He will do these commands:
/rg addowner Highland AdmiralD
/rg addmember Highland WackoOwner_45 (valid for 7 days)
/rg removeowner Highland WackoOwner_45


/rg addowner Naperville AdmiralD
/rg addmember Naperville WackoOwner_45 (valid for 7 days)
/rg removeowner Naperville WackoOwner_45

In the event he fails to do this it will be breach of contract unless fixed immediately.
Failing to do any of these commands will be a breach of contract.
He agrees that he will not reclaim the town and that the town will now be completely owned by AdmiralD.
He agrees to remove all personal property and personal locks including trade signs within 7 days.
He agrees to not grief or take any town property.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
