Terms of the Contract:

• @cashcarti3 will add @Shmoogedy as a region owner of HERB in the Main server within 24 hours.

• @cashcarti3 will permanently lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @Shmoogedy will become the new owner.
• @cashcarti3 by signing this agreement is approving the town transfer application to give official ownership to @Shmoogedy
