General Purpose of Contract:
43k loan and payback 65k in 1.5 weeks
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
43k loan given by @Chundi_Jr and i agree to payback @Chundi_Jr 65k in 1.5 weeks
and I,@dagamerman agree to payback @Chundi_Jr who will be giving me the loan 65k back in 1.5 weeks
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
He must agree to give me 43k for loan.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Hello @dagamerman there a few things which need to be dressed before continuing with this contract.
Firstly, any time you mention your name in the contract you must tag it, by typing @dagamerman, any time you mention any name in a contract you must tag the name. So please go through and ensure that this has been done.
Secondly, Within your contract you state:
"43k loan and i agree to payback 65k in 1.5 weeks and I,@dagamerman agree to payback @Chundi_Jr 65k in 1.5 weeks"
If you would edit this to be more clear, as currently "43k loan and I agree to payback 65k" is not clear enough. It would be better worded perhaps by stating that @Chundi_Jr will be giving you the loan, which you agree to payback.
Once these small things have been addressed, @Chundi_Jr can you please re-agree. -
