General Purpose of Contract:
Safe transaction of a 75 usd coupon code.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
After receiving 255k down payment, I, @Exilenela, will pm @AcTiVeMonkey the 75 usd coupon code (within 1 hour). I will then accept another 270k on payment plan, due to me within 2 weeks and 4 days of this contract being locked. Beyond that, there will be a 2k per day late fee, up to a week, when this contract will be deemed to have been violated, and a complaint will then be filed.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@AcTiVeMonkey is to provide me with 255k downpayment after this contract is accepted, starting the transaction. This will be paid within 1 hour of contract acceptance. @AcTiVeMonkey will then be required to provide me with 270k on payment plan within 2 weeks and 4 days of the approval of this contract. Payment will be given directly to me through /pay Exilenela. If paid later, @AcTiVeMonkey will be required to pay the slight late fee highlighted in the above section.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
