General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of 1/3 stake in the Efficiency 7 pickaxe with the ID #I9AB5YNT
*Note: The chest with this Efficiency 7 pickaxe, will be placed in the town "Farming" and near the warp /warp farming once the warp is purchased*

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @David_Torento will:
-give @FazeAmerican access to the Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID #I9AB5YNT) within 24 hours of receiving the 400k
-not remove their access without atleast a 24 hour notice
-With the given notice, I will have to pay @FazeAmerican 500k inorder to gain full possession of the Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID #I9AB5YNT)


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@FazeAmerican will:
-Pay 400k within 24 hours of this contracts approval
-Not allow anyone other then @bobman3355 use the Efficiency 7 Pickaxe (ID #I9AB5YNT)
-If the Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID #I9AB5YNT) is broken while in possession of @FazeAmerican or @bobman3355 , @FazeAmerican will be responsible for replacing the Efficiency 7 pickaxe, or making an agreement to replace it via a new contract, within 48 hours.
-will not attempt to sell the Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID #I9AB5YNT)
-have the option to "sell back" his share of the Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID #I9AB5YNT) for 250k at any time with a 24 hour notice.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

You aren't the one agreeing, You are onlyin the contract for @FazeAmerican to be able to let you use the tool.

Also, Crazyswag already sold her tool to someone else.
