I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to lend @MrMeyerz52 my Efficiency 7 (#IAKFOG8O) for 1 hour. I will be providing that tool to @MrMeyerz52 upon this contract being approved and receiving the payment of 6,000 ECD immediately after they are done using the Efficiency 7. At the time of providing the tool, I will show @MrMeyerz52 the chest in which the tool is to be returned at the end of the borrowing period. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @MrMeyerz52 agrees to pay me 6,000 ECD immediately after they are done using the Efficiency 7. @MrMeyerz52 agrees that should the tool be lost or broken, the tool must either be replaced or compensated in the amount equivalent to the netherstar price of the tool (900k). Full repayment in this situation is expected within 2 months. @MrMeyerz52 agrees that the tool will be returned to the designated chest in the Rising town of Corellia (X: 13220 Y: 78 Z: 13987) 1 hour after the approval of this contract. If @Caitlin_Crime is unavailable at that time, @MrMeyerz52 agrees that they will take time-stamped screenshot(s) of the return of the tool to the appropriate private chest, and then upload them and forum PM them directly to @Caitlin_Crime. @MrMeyerz52 agrees that late returning of the tool will result in a late fee of 5k/day for up to 3 days, and that after 3 days a complaint will be filed for the returning of the tool and for the late fees incurred.
