General Purpose of Contract:
I am renting out my eff7 unb3 silk1 star tool to maco20047 for 2hours, in exchange for 5k. This star tool I am renting out is named "Holt"
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, Aporth, agree to rent Maco20047 my eff7 pickaxe named "Holt" for 2hours in exchange for 5,000 ECD. I also agree to to become the co-owner of the town "colhen" as a security deposit and once my pickaxe named "Holt" is returned I will remove myself from co-owner of the town "colhen" If maco20047 fails to return my pickaxe at the end of the 2hours I will remain co-owner of the town until a payment of 620,000 ECD is payed to me in one month time. I agree to allow Maco20047 to pay 155,000 ECD at the end of each week, Sunday by midnight, for four weeks till the 620,000 ECD is payed.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Maco20047, agrees to the above terms, that include him paying me 5,000 ECD before he can rent my eff7 pickaxe and keeping me as co-owner to "colhen" until the pick is returned to me. He also agrees that if he is unbale to return the eff7 pickaxe at the end of the 2hours, I will stay as co-owner of "colhen" until the payment of 620,00 ECD is payed in one month. Lastly, as a payment plan in case pick is not returned, Maco20047 agrees to pay me 155,000ECD at the end of each weak, Sunday by midnight, for four weeks till the 620,000 ECC is payed. Finally, if the payment of 620,000 ECD is not payed in a month I will obtain full ownership of his town "colhen"
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Before I accept, I would like some changes.
I will not be removed from my own town, as I feel it is worth more than 500k. But, in the case the pick is broken, lost, sold, whatever, you will remain co-owner until the money is paid back. In the event you are removed as co-owner before you are paid back (in the event something happens to the pickaxe) I agree to be banned for breach of contract. -

these changes must be agreed to by both of you and edited into the contract. Once that is done then Maco20047 will need to agree to the terms once again. As of right now I still see that the changes are not in the contract and therefore will not approve of this contract at this time.
