General Purpose of Contract: to facilitate the payment Plan of Ex-commands+ to @EBAH_Life
<general outline of what the contract is for.>

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @Spirit_of_love_ agree to buy @EBAH_Life Ex-commands+ for 32USD once I @Spirit_of_love_ receive 24,000ECD by December 31st at 11:59CST from @EBAH_Life
Once I @Spirit_of_love_ have received the $24,000ECD, I will purchase Ex-commands+ for 32USD within 24 Hours for @EBAH_Life
If the $24,000 ECD is not paid by December 31st at 11:59CST, the contract will be null and void.
@EBAH_Life has until the 30th January 2017, 11:59pm CST to pay back the the rest of the $240,000 ECD

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@EBAH_Life agrees to pay the minimum of 24,000ECD before December 31st at 11:59CST (or else the contract will be voided) to receive Extra-commands+
@EBAH_Life will then pay the remaining balance of $216,000 ECD by the 30th January at 11:59pm CST. or a complaint can be filed.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: yes
