General Purpose of Contract: sale of eff7
<general outline of what the contract is for.>

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @SCgenesis agree to:

1) give my /owned eff7 pick with unique id of #IGCZHWN7 to @DiamondDesire with in 24 hours of this contracts approval

2) set up a payment wall at the cords x: -12778 y: 63 z: 378 for @DiamondDesire to pay weekly $170k ecd. this wall will include 3 signs each with 170 stone being sold for $1000 each. and a 5th sign for any applicable late fees selling 1 stone for $10000 ecd.

3) not take any money from a sign until the full $170k has been deposited

4) transfer the /own of the eff7 to @DiamondDesire as soon as all 3 weekly payments plus applicable late fees have been paid.



The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @DiamondDesire agrees to:

1) pay @SCgenesis $400k ecd within 24 hours of this contracts approval

2) pay @SCgenesis $170k a week to signs located at the coordinates listed above starting as soon as this contract is approved and lasting 3 weeks totaling $510k.

3) pay @SCgenesis $10k/day late fees should any of the 3 weekly payments be late. late fees will continue for the duration of time that @DiamondDesire is behind on payments and will end at the end of the 3 week payment plan.

4) should at the end of 3 weeks the entire amount owed to @SCgenesis not be fully paid (400k + 510k + applicable late fees) @DiamondDesire has an additional week of 10k/day late fees, at the end of which if the full amount has not been paid in full, breach of contract will occur.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: yes
