General Purpose of Contract:
Adding a co-owned to the town of Sandsville

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @obblebobble, will add @DrowningInPizza to the town of "Sansville" located in Rising as an owner of the region within 1 hour of the contract being approved. I agree to place a donation chest and trade sign for royalty payments. I agree to keep @DrowningInPizza within the town as an owner of the region until she would like to be removed, I sell the region, she goes inactive for 1+ Month, is banned from the server or she fails to pay royalties.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@DrowningInPizza may sell plots within the town and add members to the region at any time. @DrowningInPizza may not add any new owners to the region, nor may she remove me as an owner without my approval. @DrowningInPizza may not sell the town, only plots. 50% of all revenue generated from the town must be given to @obblebobble at least every week.

@DrowningInPizza may set the rules for the town, plot prices, plot sizes, and build where she wishes and what she wishes assuming it follows the general server rules. She does not have to pay anything for co-ownership, and may leave the contract at any time assuming all royalty payments have been completed and she leaves the region as owner.

Royalty payments must be made weekly at least starting from the approval of this thread (7 days from now, then another 7 days, so forth).

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
