In the contract purpose you mention this contract is for payment for work. What work are you doing? You need to describe what work you will be obligated to complete. Currently the contract states rfm needs to pay you 35k in 3 weeks for nothing in exchange.

i ct in 3 weeks as I am going on holiday, so I am going in 3 days then its a 2 week and a few days holiday then I will come back and I have to get ready for the new year of school my mum said I cant play ecc after hoildays

The payment is for work i have completed already and rfm then refused to pay. Moderator idkhowtoplay helped me write up the contract so i apologise if something is wrong.

The reason the contract is set to 3 weeks so that includes your holiday time, otherwise you would have had a week to pay. So essentially the holiday is the first two weeks then you have a week to pay your debt.

The contract itself is valid but since you have already completed the work it's completely up to rfm to agree to the terms of this contract. Under normal circumstances you would make a contract before starting the work. Exactly what work you did and for how much would be clearly expressed in the contract, therefore making both parties involved in the contract liable.

Okay, I believe that if he does not accept then he will be banned as the issue was taken under mod investigation and sufficient evidence was found that he should have paid me. If you'd like to know full details talk to @idkhowtoplay as he has been helping me with this issue.

idkhowtoplay has filled me in on the details. If rfm doesn't accept this contract I'll refer it back to him to handle it accordingly. -
We've been generous in giving you the 3 weeks as this is to include your holiday which you have informed us is 2weeks. Therefore you have a 3week period in which to pay your debt, holiday included.
2weeks holiday + 1week to make the money to pay = 3weeks to pay your debt.
If it wasn't for your holiday you would have been given 1week to pay. This is no different to the three weeks given in the contract since for two of which you will be on holiday. You cannot simply accept the contract and say "I cant pay in 3weeks". Thats not an acceptance thats you making your own rules for the contract, there needs to be a deadline otherwise this whole endevour is pointless. -
