Terms of the Contract:

1. The basis of this contract is to facilitate a prestige upgrade for @RealRichNixon, which has been provided by @o0SchnetzleR0o. It has been made available in the form of the “SkyBlock Top 3 Medal” medal on the forums.
2. The basis of this current contract is to adjust the amount owed by @RealRichNixon, in exchange for two boosts and 10,000 netherstars. These items are valued at $28,000,000, collectively.
   
3. The total value of this prestige was originally set at $60,000,000, due by September 20, 2024. However, this amount was adjusted, taking into account alternative payments provided by @RealRichNixon (here, here, here, and here). The remaining amount was $28,000,000. Thus, upon approval of this amendment, the payment(s) for the “SkyBlock Top 3 Medal” Prestige Medal will be considered completed.
4. @o0SchnetzleR0o is to return ownership of the Magic Tropical Fish Item (#L0372P7P), and the Magic Pufferfish Item (#LWZWAVGM).
