General Purpose of Contract: To safely loan @Arithon $650,000 with $875,000 due in 7 weeks.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to pay @Arithon $650,000 EcoDollars within 12 hours of contract approval.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Arithon agrees to pay back a total of $875,000 EcoDollars within 7 weeks of contract approval. Payments must be made weekly. This results in a total of $125,000 ECD per week for 7 weeks, with the due dates being:
24th January 2016
31st January 2016
7th February 2016
14th February 2016
21st February 2016
28th February 2016
6th March 2016

This is to be paid to a trade sign located at -4717/80/871 in the world Rising. The signs can be easily found by typing /warp kokiri and going down the lift signs right in front of the warp. If this payment is missed, late fees will be payed. If a payment is not paid on or before the weekly due date, $25,000 EcoDollars will be added to the payment. Late fees are applicable for each week, leaving a maximum late fee of $175,000 if all 7 weeks are late. No late fees will be charged if the payments are paid ON or BEFORE the due dates.

In the situation that @Arithon is unable to pay the total of the loan and late fees by the 15th of March then he must pay off the rest of his loan with his Melon Sword (Eff V, Silk touch, Unb 3) with the item ID of "IIHNNSD6" by adding @obblebobble to the /own of the tool and leaving it in the locked chest by the loan repayment signs.


No matter how much of the loan is due, the Melon Sword once /own'ed by @obblebobble will cover all debt and void the rest of the loan repayments.




I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
