General Purpose of Contract:
@Gmoneyman118 Purchasing 6 shares from MFE (@DeMacca and @THCOOL) for $60,000


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
* From now on out, "MFE" will be used as a substitute for both @THCOOL and @DeMacca *

-Agree that a 'share' is defined/seen as followed:
Investment Value:

This will be the share's value in the eye's of us. This value will ALWAYS be $10,000 ECD. This means that no matter what, when you buy or sell shares from us, each share will be valued at $10,000.

Market Value:

This will be the share's value in the eye's of the player market. This value can and will change. We allow players to sell shares to other players only if it is approved and done through us. This means that if you wanted, you could sell your shares at a higher price of $15,000 ECD rather than back to us at the investment value of $10,000. This can be easy additional profit for the investor. The hope is that if we do well enough and all shares are sold, the only way to purchase shares is through other players. This means that there is a low supply. Now if we do very well (which we fully intent to), then the demand for shares will rise. Low supply plus high demand only means one thing... that is a rise in market value.

- Agree to pay out 50% of all profit generated with the invested money. This will be solely sourced from profit made off stocks using the ECC Stock Trader.

- Agree to give the option for @Gmoneyman118 to sell back his shares (6 total) at an investment value of 10k per share (essentially making this a risk-free investment) back to "MFE" only with all of the following criteria having happened:
---- @Gmoneyman118 has requested to sell back their shares (6 total) to "MFE"
---- 2 months have passed since the initial investment was made
---- Any and all debt to either @THCOOL and/or @DeMacca has been paid in full, if applicable.

- Agree to allow @Gmoneyman118 to sell their shares to any other player at any price they wish however this sale must be made through "MFE". A small fee of 3% on the market value of the amount of shares being sold will be charged. "MFE" holds the right to deny any player to player trade

-Agree that 50% of profit go's to MFE, and other 50% is split amongst all investors based off their total percentage of shares owned within MFE

- Agree to pay @Gmoneyman118 1% of his initial investment value ($60,000 so $600) which will be due at the end of every monthly pay period which will begin once the contract is approved. After a total of 5% profit has been made (so after 5 guarantee'd payment months), the guaranteed 1%/month shall be revoked and profit will now only be generated solely from the stock market.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

- Agree to send a total of Amount $60,000 in exchange for Amount of shares to "MFE" within 24 hours of this contract being approved

- Agree to give "MFE" a 7-day max grace period before selling back the shares (6 total)

- Agree that the following 3 criteria must be true before any shares (6 total) can be sold back to "MFE":
---- @Gmoneyman118 has requested to sell back their shares (6 total) to "MFE"
---- 2 months have passed since the initial investment was made
---- Any and all debt to @THCOOL and/or @DeMacca has been paid in full, if applicable.

- Agree that any shares sold back to "MFE" will be at the constant investment value price of 10k per share. No more, no less.

- Agree that the funds used to purchase shares from "MFE" are for the purpose of reinvestment by "MFE" directly into the ECC Stock Trader.

- Agree that @Gmoneyman118 understand's that interest paid is based on any real profit made off stocks using their investment. Sometimes the interest paid will be more or less all depending on how well the reinvestment was and how much profit was made off of a stock(s). At times, no profit will be recieved if a stock does poorly and no profit is made. 50% of profit go's to MFE, and other 50% is split amongst all investors based off their total percentage of shares owned within MFE

- Agree that if @Gmoneyman118 is inactive for more than 3 months at a time then the shares (6 total) will be forfeited to "MFE" along with any unpaid interest.

- Agree that should @Gmoneyman118 owe any money to "MFE", then @Gmoneyman118's shares (6 total) may NOT be sold back to "MFE" until the debt has been paid in full, however, the shares (6 total. $60,000 worth) may be put towards payment of the debt on @Gmoneyman118's request.

- Agree that "MFE" has the right to keep their stock portfolio private and does NOT have to reveal what specific stocks they are investing in. @DeMacca will be trading the stocks.

- Agree that "MFE" has the right to hold onto any stock for as long as they see fit. If "MFE" believes that it is best to hold on to or sell a stock, then @Gmoneyman118 agree's to let "MFE" do so as they see fit.

- Agree that there is no set payment date. Payment will simply be whenever "MFE" feel's that it is the right time to sell a stock for profit. When a stock is sold and IF any profit was made, then profit based off percentage of shares owned will be paid within 1month max of the stock sell date.

- @Gmoneyman118 agree's that he is giving "MFE" trust to make those decisions

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

There is no set date. It is simply whenever MFE feel's that it is the right time to sell a stock for profit. As soon as stock is sold and if profit was made, then profit is paid within 24 hours. The user agree's to trust us in making these decisions. Added.

Sorry this is taking so long @Gmoneyman118 and you are having to re-agree so many times. We tried contacting all the higher up admins to look at the contract before we released the idea but we were either flat out ignored, or they simply did not feel like doing it :/ That is why we are having to fix all these things no. Sorry again, shouldn't be much more to fix
