You have said that this issue has been resolved, however, @scottmichaelj has not been readded to region permissions.

All players must be given a 3 day warning period before removal from a town, unless in a town wide eviction which requires 7 days.

As I can only see 1 player having been removed, only a 3 day eviction notice is needed. This has not been provided.

You have 24 hours to add @scottmichaelj to region permissions again and provide him proper notice if you wish to remove him. Failure to do this will result in a ban.

As @scottmichaelj has received his perms back, I will be considering this resolved.

Please keep in mind for proper evictions you need proof having sent a mail to the player telling them they are being evicted and have three days to remove their items. This proof needs to be of the "Username has been sent the following mail." message and have a timestamp, which you can do by tapping "f2" twice and uploading the second screenshot.

In cases where at least 5 people are removed, 7 days must be provided instead of 3.
