Complaint: This player- jpk16- was being very annoying in the form of constantly harassing me about rules I never broke. I was accused of trying to force my way into the room and I tried numerous times to explain I had a home set there. I feel like this was an unfair attack on myself and that this player acted with much aggression that was not necessary. I also thought the name calling of "liar" and "moron" was not very nice.

Additional Information: I have read the server rules and there is not section under which it is illegal to: go into an unlocked/open building, take stuff from unlocked chests no matter the location as long as griefing was not required to do so, and to lock a chest in that specific area. I view this as harassment and it had made my time on ECC less enjoyable. I didn't like the fact I was being falsely accused.
The true facts: my friend and I were exploring some random warps and we chose /warp plantation. We walked around and found a building which had a gate which was up. We went inside to just see what was what and all of the chests were unlocked. After looking at the server rules we came to the conclusion it was not greifing or "stealing" if the chest was unlocked. I had locked a few of the chests and then we left. I had also set a home there. I did indeed leave the region when the owner asked me to right after unlocking a chest.

First of all, let's get the story straight so you quit slandering me when telling the story. I was in my Anvil room where out of nowhere your name appeared under my feet. I have a tunnel connecting my anvil room to the house in the other town underwater and completely sealed. The gate was closed to the main entrance into the house. There was no other way to get into my house. It was, and is, completely sealed. The only possible way would have been to use the /jump feature of TP+. As I ran over to the other house you were going through unlocked chest, they were unlocked because my town is in the middle of nowhere, and no surrounding towns are near with people that could have come over. Plus, again, the house was sealed.
Then you set a home, in a house, region, area I don't want you in so you can come back and take other things? Had to use the rest of my locks to make sure PiBeta didn't take anything else. Then you put a lock on one of my chests to troll me?
I know I shouldn't have unlocked chest and I'm not saying that PiBeta couldn't have taken anything, the problem was locking the chest to troll me.
Plus everything I said can be heard in a PG movie, no vulgarity
Why post a complaint? This will be dismissed, no rules broken. You unlocked the chest, I took the loss because you won't give back the 400 something mossy stone. What is the point to this complaint filed against me-

PiBeta Upon inspection of your screenshots, there is nothing that can be done. Nothing that JPK16 said breaks any rules, and he has the right as the town/home owner to ask you to leave the town. From the evidence you supplied, there is nothing he said that breaks the rules, but if you have further evidence feel free to post it in a new complaint.
jpk16 If you are having an issue with this user, or any user, having set home in your town or being in the town even after you asked them to leave, you should inform a moderator. If he has yet to remove his home in your town, and you would like him to, feel free to post a complaint. In addition, if you so desire, you can also submit a complaint for LWC trolling if he has yet to unlock your chests in your town.
