Complaint: violation of section 2 clause 3, attempted killing in non-PvP area

Additional Information: He tried to kill a group of people for greifing him in
an unclaimed area. There was no PvP seeing as it was the wild, therefore attempting to kill
us was a violation of section 2 clause 3 of the rules. I will ask other users present to verify.
