    Additional Information: He got banned because it supposively says something about a banned account. Will he get unbanned to pay me the money or was that a 15$ waste?    ​

    We always recommend that you get paid before purchase any type of donation. Since the ban appeal has been denied you could try to email Andrew about this. Likely you are out the $15 unless he gets unbanned.
