Complaint: Will not refund part of my money after a false auction.

Additional Info: Since this happened less than 10 minutes ago, here is what I can add.
I bid 520 on the spawner. I asked him before bidding if the spawner was in the mining world, and he said yes. I felt confident in my bid. I won the auction, and he teleported me there. Once I got there, having my coords on the whole time, I was able to see the spawner was clearly out of the mining world and in the main world. I asked for a partial refund, and he said "No, you need to pay 520, you can't back out." I then, told him I would not pay. I paid him out of pressure.


My goal is to get a little money back. He was right that there was a spawner there, but it was in the wrong world, as a result, I am looking for a $260 refund.
