Reason-Rude comments toward another user, as well as insults.

Counter reason-lolelf posted a complaint about this and i dont think it was handled correctly and i beleive something should be said to tomkelly as it was said to me, even though i was warned 3 times and a complaint was made and i was warned again, i think something should be said about this, so i think this should be re-looked at. Thank you.

As you can see in the screen shots tomkelly says "because your an idiot from what i see" that's very insulting. He then says "your a rude immature person", "enough said", where are the mods at saying something about this, no where to be seen exactly, so i think this should be re-looked at before you say "no rules broken"
