    Complaint: Failing to pay for an item that he won in auction.

    Evidence: I had auctioned a pumpkin ax in auction,
    and bil11 had bid on it (please note I scrolled up to acquire the screenshots)

    He left about 20 seconds after I had acquired the screenshot, and has not joined since.
