Felon Username: BRYCEY365 Complaint: i bought sole ownership of Stonydelph from BRYCEY365 back in June and noticed last week that i've recently been removed from the town completely and BRYCEY365 is mayor again. BRYCEY365 can you please explain why laff80 has been removed as mayor of Stonedelph. I will leave this open for 24hours for a responce

It was his resposability to keep online for 14 days, but he failed to do that, so i reclaimed the town, as it says in the rules, i can claim any of my applied towns back, if they are offline for too long.

Physicstsmom, - as you can see from my screenshots, there were no conditions in the deal that forfiet my ownership rights. - there is no evidence provided where BRYCEY365 has announced he would take back ownership. - i have not been given the opportunity or notice to retrieve my items. - there is no evidence provided that shows that i was offline for 14 days. - where has is been stated that 14 days is considered "too long". - there were no complaints from residents of the town in the way i managed the town. while I accept that the original owner has the right to request ownership be returned to them, I don't see any evidence where I have not maintained my side of the deal.
Yes you may have had the right to reclaim it , he was inactive for 14 days , meaning you can reclaim , although what I don't understand is why you would so such act? He paid you money for full mayorship of the town , He is a grown man with children , and work , I don't believe he can be active all the time what disgusts me the most is you selfishly reclaimed it , I believe you know better , and I posted this here for you to think about it , and rightfully return it to laff80 I pre-warned myself , though I had to get this out. guys, i don't have a problem with BRYCEY365. he had the right to request ownership be returned. the concern i have is why was it returned to him so easily without any requirement to contact me. i thought i ticked all the boxes with the deal. there was even a thread posted in the forums to show that the town ownership had been transferred. and i did not say i was inactive for 14 days... i said i have not seen evidence that shows i was inactive for 14 days because i would be surprised if i was in fact offline for 14 consecutive days. and the fact he is able to offer the town for sale again is because this complaint has not been resolved. it's been 48hrs since BRYCEY365 provided a statement that had no supporting evidence.
This town return request did not go through me - therefore Andrew would've been the one to have returned it. As it was his decision there is nothing I can do in this case.
