Felon Username: noah1237
Complaint: Loan scamming, user agreed to take out a 15k to purchase the mayor rank and pay back 20k.
Evidence:
1. User agreeing to pay me back 20k by aug 31st, he hasn't responded to my pm's or payed any of it back.
2. Me sending the 15k to him.
Additional Info: As a member of my town I expected him to pay me back... I would like him to pay me back the 20k and if he doesn't he should be stripped of his mayor rank because he used my money to buy it.
