Having particles at your feat is not hacking, it can easily be produced with Macromod, aswell as could just be minecraft bugging out. It does not mean anything with hacking. Although I am glad you reported this, as you can never be to safe I watched this user and saw that he was not hacking however was just having an effect from minecraft, or a Mod like MacroMod.
